AP Biology is an upper level high school, second year Biology course. Students will take the AP exam in the spring and may earn college credit depending upon their score and/or college requirements. Students should expect to spend 1-2 hours a day reading and/or homework to be well prepared for class.

Biology is a first year science course. Student are typically freshmen or sophomores. Students need to keep a notebook and bring it to class everyday. If the student is in AVID, the AVID notebook will count for the class notebook.

Integrated Physics and Chemistry is a 2nd year science course that requires the student to utilize algebra skills and to implement scientific techniques. IPC is a class that will ready a student for Chemistry and Physics. Students are expected to keep a class notebook and bring it with them to class each day.
