To quote the CBS television show"NUMB3RS", "We all use math every day". We go to the grocery store. We buy clothes. We gripe about the price of gasoline. The "Mystical Math" idea is something that I am trying to eliminate, being a "Myth Buster" of sorts. My goal is for all my students to get to the end of their high school math career and quote the Staples slogan, "That was Easy!"
