Hello, everybody!!! My name is Miss Music. Not really, but that's what some of my students call me. My real name is Glenda Henry. I teach Music K-5, which consists of more than 600 students. (Remembering all of their names is quite a challenge.) I have been teaching music in the classroom for 13 years. I also taught First Grade for two years. I truly enjoy music and teaching, so getting to do both is my dream come true. I try to convey this love of music to the students, as well as create a successful learning envionment for each student.

During the school year, Fifth, Second, and Kindergarten students present a program for the PTO meetings. When students are not preparing for a special program, we study other elements of music, including theory, history, and style. Each year is a new and exciting adventure. Favorite activities include family and grandchildren, church, scrapbooking, and playing the piano.
