I have been teaching since 1987. I taught high school in Stephenville and then moved to Comanche and taught Kindergarten in 1990. I took off a little to be with my family and then returned to teach Computers in 1996. I have two married daughters, two grandsons and three granddaughters. I am so fortunate to have both my daughters and their families living in Comanche! It is so wonderful to be able to enjoy all of their activities and be a part of their lives on a daily basis.
The computer lab is being used in a variety of ways, proving how valuable it is for classroom enrichment. Entire classes are able to access the Internet at the same time and work on a project. All of the math, writing and reading teachers have pinpointed specific objectives for the students to work on that will coincide with classroom studies. Reports will be provided to these teachers every six weeks. ESL classes are able to work on programs designed to help them learn the English language.
