Hi. My name is Wilma Lee. I teach a self-contained first grade classroom. This is my 21st year of teaching first grade in Comanche, TX. I have also taught Kindergarten, a Fifth/Sixth class and in a Kindergarten/First/Second grade classroom. I have 15 students this year. My goal is to have each student read on grade level and to enjoy reading. I also want each student to master math concepts that he will need to be successful in school and life.

One important thing I try to do each year is have every student understand that I care about him and will continue to care about him when he is no longer in my classroom.
